Instructions: To make topping: Mix granola, flour and nonfat dried milk, then knead margarine into the mixture. Place in a resealable plastic bag.
To make filling: Combine cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg and flour in a separate plastic bag. At camp, in a covered pan, simmer the sugar mixture and dried fruit in 1 cup water for 5 minutes or until fruit is soft. Apples may take longer to cook than cherries. Once soft, spoon the topping over the filling and allow to heat through. Spoon into cups to serve. Email this Recipe:
