Instructions: Make a slit in the banana, lengthwise. The kids can put in a few marshmallows (fat free, I believe) and a few chips (or leave out for fat free). Wrap in foil and heat for a few minutes by fire, enough to melt the marshmallows and chocolate. The kids can peel and eat them.

Never got to try this with our scouts, but it sounds easy enough. They will also feel like they got to participate this way, too, by adding the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
