Instructions: Cut oranges into halves. Scoop out pulp to form a shell. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Fill each orange shell 2/3 full. Wrap each orange shell loosely in foil. Place over medium coals. Bake 20 minutes or until cake tests done. Remove from foil, and enjoy.

Yields 24 cupcakes.
