Instructions: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 to 20 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium-low heat. Place a marshmallow on the end of each skewer. Break chocolate bars into 4 pieces each and place 1 piece on each of the 8 graham cracker halves.
Carefully hold skewered marshmallows over the grill for 3 to 4 minutes, or until done to your liking. Top each piece of chocolate with a toasted marshmallow, then another graham cracker half, making sandwiches. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 8 servings. Comments: When I was growing up, we speared our marshmallows with sticks. Skewers are definitely a better choice (cause they dont add that woodsy taste of tree bark)! Email this Recipe:
