Ingredients:

6 x breaded chicken tenders (or boneless skinless chicken
tenders) (6 to 8)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup shredded Candian bacon
1 tsp minced garlic
2 can low-salt stewed tomatoes (8 oz.)
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1/2 cup cholesterol-free noodles or macaroni
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown the chicken on both sides in nonstick skillet. Add the next 4 ingredients. Saute for 5 to 6 min. stirring to let onions, peppers, and bacon cook evenly.

Add the tomatoes and peas. Simmer for 10-12 min., stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook noodles or macaroni (I use spiral) in a large pot of boiling water until nearly tender. Drain. Add to the chicken and sauce and continue to simmer about 10 more min. Correct seasoning.

3 to 4 g fat per serving
