Instructions: Brown the chicken on both sides in nonstick skillet. Add the next 4 ingredients. Saute for 5 to 6 min. stirring to let onions, peppers, and bacon cook evenly.
Add the tomatoes and peas. Simmer for 10-12 min., stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook noodles or macaroni (I use spiral) in a large pot of boiling water until nearly tender. Drain.
