1 loaf whole wheat frozen bread dough thawed
1/4 cup egg substitute thawed
3/4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkt sliced Canadian bacon (6 oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Divide the dough into 2 portions. Roll each out into a 10-inch x 10-inch square. In small bowl, mix together egg substitute and cheeses. Spread mixture over each dough portion, leaving a two-inch border around all edges. Cut sliced Canadian bacon into 1/4-inch strips. Lay strips on top of cheese mixture. Roll each portion
*jelly roll-fashion*. Place seam side down on cooking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden. Cut into slices and serve warm.
