Instructions: Place potatoes in large saucepan with enough water to cover. Boil for about 15 minutes until tender but firm. Drain all water off. Before returning potatoes to pan, add butter and sugar to pan and stir to melt, add nutmeg.
Return potatoes to pan and stir gently so they are coated with sugar mixture. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve. Email this Recipe:
