Instructions: Peel and slice apples to fill 7 qt. jars 3/4 to 7.8 full. Mix all ingredients except lemon juice with cold water. Cook until thick and bubbly. Add lemon juice. Pour mixture over apples and seal. Process 30 minutes in a hot water bath.
