750 gm cannellini beans

3 tbl olive oil
1 x onions, medium
1 tsp garlic, crushed
45 gm anchovy fillets
440 gm whole peeled tomatoes
1 tbl tomato paste
1/2 cup water
6 x olives, green
6 x olives, black
1 tsp basil, chopped
1 tsp brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook beans in boiling water until tender, about 30 minutes. Drain well.

Prepare the sauce:
Dice onions and olives.

Heat oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic gently until softened. Add the anchovies, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, olives, basil, sugar and salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce is thick. Add the beans and stir through to coat. Heat for 2 minutes and serve hot or cold.
