Instructions: Rinse the soaked beans and cover with water.
Bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 hour or until tender. Toss gently with the rest of the ingredients. Serve warm or cold. When I think of cannetlini beans I think of a big bowl of lovely thick italian soup with ripped up crusty bread and green peppery virgin olive oil on top.
