1 pkt active dry yeast
1/4 cup bread flour
2 tbl gluten
1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
3 tbl sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 x egg
3 tbl butter
1 tbl grated fresh orange peel
3/4 cup ripe cantaloupe in 1/2" dice
Instructions:
Instructions: * Note: Make cantaloupe liquid in a blender from approximately 1 1/2 cups of seeded, peeled cantalope chunks, heat.

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Process on the White Bread cycle, Dark Crust setting.

This is a sticky dough, if necessary at end of first knead push down dough with rubber spatula.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Yield: 1 loaf
