4 cup cubed cantaloupe
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl chopped fresh mint or 1 tsp dried
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
12 x plastic cups
Instructions:
Instructions: In a blender or food processor, combine the first five ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup into each cup or mold; insert stick. Freeze till firm.

Yield 1 dozen
