Instructions: Place half the basil leaves all the parsley the capers mustard and anchovies in a food processor and process until blended then add enough oil to give a thick pourable consistency about 4 tbsp.
Season to taste. To assemble place the largest tomato slice on the base top with cheese season well then place a basil leaf on top. Continue the layers using 4 tomato slices and 3 cheese slices per person. Spoon over some parsley salsa and serve with italian bread. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
