Spice and Seasoning may vary according to personal taste. Brown meat, saute onion; add the remaining ingredients except for Corn Meal and hot water. Simmer for two (2) hours. Mix corn meal and hot water to make a light paste, add to chili at least 30 minutes before serving. To serve, place warmed corn tortilla in bowl, add chili, top with a dollop of Sour Cream and garnish with a sweet banana pepper. Serves 6. Email this Recipe:
