Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tsp oil [or, 2 Tablespoons Butter]
1 cup sliced mushrooms
8 oz cream cheese, softened [room temperature]
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp garlic salt [Or, garlic powder or Garlic Magic**]
1 tsp dried oregano
4 x boneless chicken breasts, pounded flat
1/4 cup [dark] brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small skillet, add the oil [or butter]. Saute mushrooms until softened and set aside to cool.

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, thyme, garlic salt [or, garlic powder or Garlic Magic] and oregano. Add mushrooms and stir to combine.

Pound out each chicken breast until flat. Spread with equal parts of the filling and place seam-side down in a baking pan.

In another bowl, mix the sugar, pecans, mustard and parsley. Spread mixture on top of the chicken. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

The chicken is wrapped around a savory creamy filling and sprinkled with a sweet and crunchy topping. Serve with fettuccine Alfredo.
