Instructions: Prepare Basic Holiday Cookie dough, with the following changes; add 2 tsps.
instant espresso coffee powder and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon to flour mixture. Fill cookie gun fitted with flower template, or pastry bag fitted with large star tip with dough. Press out or pipe dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in 350 F. oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Spoon small dap of white frosting on each cookie and top with chocolate-covered coffee bean.
