Instructions: Dice capsicums.
Heat oil in a pan, cook capsicum gently until soft. Set aside to cool. Make the batter: Sift flour and salt into bowl. Add egg, milk, capsicum and corn. Beat well to a good batter consistency. Heat oil in fry pan, and fry spoonfuls of the pancake mixture 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown; drain on absorbent paper. Serve with grilled or roast meats. Serves 4. Email this Recipe:
