Instructions: Season the chicken with the salt and pepper. Place the flour in a shallow dish and dip the chicken, coating completely.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over high heat. Add the chicken and brown for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Stir in the wine, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.
