1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 stk margarine
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
2 can pie filling, (cherry, peach or apple)
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt margarine in baking dish while oven is preheating to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients. Stir in milk. Pour batter over melted margarine.

Do Not Stir. Top with pie filling. Do Not Stir. Sprinkle with spice of your choice. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. The crust will rise through the fruit filling and should be browned (until no white batter is visible). Best served warm. If cobbler crust softens before all is eaten, rewarm in conventional oven until it crisps up. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
