Instructions: Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and espresso powder in a small saucepan,stirring well. Gradually stir in milk; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Place cake slices on individual dessert plates, and top each slice with 2 Tablespoons sauce. Serve immediately.
