Instructions: Put 3 cups sugar, pinch salt and milk in saucepan and bring to boiling point.
Melt 1/2 cup sugar in a small iron skillet and pour into boiling milk mixture. Cook to a soft ball. Remove from heat and cool a few minutes until it begins to cream or gloss. Spread rapidly on cake. Email this Recipe:
