Instructions: In mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix and nuts. Stir in evaporated milk and melted margarine. Spread half of the cake mixture in a greased 9 x 13" pan. bake 10 min., at 350. Remove; sprinkle with chocolate chips over hot crust. Drizzle with caramel topping. Drop remaining cake mixture by tsp. over all. Bake 350 for 20-25 min. Cool While still warm, loosen sides of pan and cut in bars.
