Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 x egg yolks, beaten
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat all ingredients to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve warm or cold. Store sauce tightly covered in refrigerator up to 4 weeks.

Makes approx 1 1/3 cups
