Instructions: * Note: I like to use medium egg noodles that have a fluffy, curled edge. It gives the dish a rich look.
Cook the noodles according to the package directions, then drain and place in a large serving bowl, set aside and keep warm. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the caraway seeds and saute for 3 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the cooked noodles and serve immediately. This recipe yields 6 servings.
