1/4 tsp salt
3 oz medium noodles (1-1/2 cups)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup fat-free dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp caraway seed
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large saucepan bring the water and salt to boiling. Add the noodles and onion. Reduce heat slightly; boil gently, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

Add cabbage to boiling noodle mixture; cook for 3 to 5 minutes more or until noodles and cabbage are tender. Drain well. Return noodles and cabbage to saucepan.

Stir in sour cream, caraway seed, and pepper. Heat through, but do not boil.

Savor these creamy, German-style noodles with broiled pork chops or a pork roast. To keep the sauce velvety smooth, dont let the mixture boil once you add the fat-free sour cream.
