Instructions: Boil the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes until cooked but still firm. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan. Fry the spices for 2-3 minutes. Saute the potatoes in the spice mixture for about 10 minutes until crisp. Season with salt, sprinkle with Coriander Leaf and serve hot or cold.
