1/4 cup	Shortening
3 cup	Water
1 cup	Vinegar
2 tsp	Ground cardamon seed
1/2 tbl	Brown sugar
1 x	Onion, chopped
1 stalk	celery, chopped
1 x	Bay leaf

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in roasting pan. Bake 4 to 6 hours at 275 degrees.
