Instructions: Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add chicken. Cook over medium high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until light brown. Add tomatoes, water, rice and contents of seasoning packet. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and let remain cooking. Simmer for 1015 minutes until rice is ready. Stir in basil and serve.
