Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Fresh lime juice
2/3 cup Canned cream of coconut
1 tbl Curry powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Minced green onion
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Place shrimp on skewers.

Brush sauce on shrimp while grilling until done, about 3 minutes per side. Serve with remaining sauce.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings. Chicken can
be substituted for shrimp.
