Ingredients:

1 x (14 1/2-ounce) can chicken
Broth
1 x (l 1/2-ounce) can mango or
Papaya nectar
2 cup Uncooked couscous
1 x Green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp Ground allspice
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbl Lime juice
2 tbl Olive oil
1 x (15 1/4-ounce) can corn,
Drained
1 x (15-ounce) can black beans,
Drained and
Rinsed
1 x (4 1/2-ounce) can chopped
Green chilies
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine broth and nectar; bring to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in all remaining ingredients except cilantro. Cover, let stand 10 minutes. To serve, fluff with a fork.

Garnish each serving with a cilantro sprig.

Makes 8 servings.
