Instructions: Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise, then into 4 strips; place in a zip-top plastic bag. Combine soy sauce and next 8 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Add to chicken; seal bag, pressing out air. Gently squeeze bag to coat chicken. Marinate, chilled, at least one hour and up to 24 hours. Grill over medium hot coals 3 to 4 minutes each side or until cooked. Serve with Mango Papaya Salsa
