Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
4 x skinless sea bass fillets, 1" thick (4 oz ea)
1 tsp Caribbean jerk seasoning
Nonstick cooking spray as needed
1 x ripe mango peeled, pitted,
and diced
(or 1 cup diced drained bottled mango)
2 tbl chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp fresh lime juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare grill or preheat broiler. Sprinkle fish with seasoning; coat lightly with cooking spray.

Grill fish over medium coals or broil 5 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Meanwhile, combine mango, cilantro, lime juice and jalapeno pepper; mix well. Serve over fish.

This recipe yields 4 servings.

Caution: Jalapeno peppers can sting and irritate the skin; wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch eyes. Wash hands after handling peppers.
