Wine for sauteing
1 med onion diced
1 x red bell pepper diced
2 lrg garlic cloves diced
3 tbl chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute the onion and bell pepper in the wine over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add the garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper; cook for about 2 minutes more and its ready to use with the squash. Keeps well in the fridge.
