1 x	ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
1 sm	red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup	chopped fresh cilantro
	Juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup	freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tbl	brown sugar
2 tbl	dark rum
	Pinch salt
1 tbl	apple cider vinegar
