Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 med Onion, chopped
1 cl Garlic, minced
2 tbl Oil
2 lb Ground caribou
2 tsp Red chile flakes
1 tsp Dried oregano
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Ground cloves
2 cup Canned whole tomatoes
2 tbl Red wine vinegar
2 tbl Raisins
1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large pan, saute onion and garlic in the oil until onion is golden.

Add
ground caribou, chile flakes, oregano, cumin, coriander and cloves. Cook, stirring occasionally, until caribou is browned. Mix in tomatoes, vinegar, raisins, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until liquid is reduced by half. Adjust seasonings and serve.
