Instructions: Remove the fat from the meat and boil it whole in water until almost tender. Remove from the water and cut it into small cubes. Fry the cubes in fat or oil until brown, then remove from the fire. Add chile powder and seasonings to the pan, then add the meat stock or tomatoes.
