2 tbl oil
1/2 lb boneless chuck or stew meat
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1 x clove minced garlic
1 tbl flour
1 cup water
2 x fresh or canned tomatoes (to 3)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In skillet, pour cooking oil and heat. Cook beef, onion, pepper, and garlic in oil until meat is brown and onion is tender. Add flour and stir until flour is blended well with the natural juices. Add water, tomatoes (chopped), salt, pepper, and comino. Cover and simmer four 45 minutes. Use as main dish or use as taco filling.
