Instructions: Saute onions and celery in butter until tender. Add parsley and saute 1 minute. Crumble cornbread into large chunks. In a large bowl, combine cornbread, bread cubes and sauteed vegetables with butter. Season to taste with poultry seasoning. Moisten the mixture with the chicken broth.
Pour dressing mixture into a buttered baking dish and bake in center of a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings. Email this Recipe:
