Instructions: Combine oysters with a marinade of worcestershire, mustard and lemon juice in a bowl and mix to coat.
Insert a sharp knife into the side of each steak to form a pocket. Stuff 4 oysters and some marinade into each steak and wrap each steak with a piece of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Grill or pan fry to desired degree of doneness. Serve with Bearnaise sauce. Email this Recipe:
