Instructions: Roughly chop the walnuts. Grate carrot.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in honey, walnuts, and beaten egg. Sift dry ingredients together and fold into mixture. Last fold in carrot. Place mixture in a lined, greased lamington tin and bake in oven for 25 minutes at 350F. Serve with afternoon tea. Email this Recipe:
