3 x	Eggs
3/4 cup	Brown sugar
2 tbl	Oil
	----------------- MIX TOGETHER TO SOUR MILK ----------------
2 tbl	Milk
2 dsh	Lemon juice
2 tsp	Sherry
1 tsp	Cinnamon
1/2 tsp	Nutmeg
1 cup	Cooked mashed carrots
3 cup	White wheat flour
1/2 tsp	Salt
3 tsp	Baking soda
3 tsp	Baking powder
1 tsp	Vanilla

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together well, roll out on floured board, cut and fry.

This dough is very sticky, but if you add too much extra flour they get too heavy.

(Sour milk: use regular milk with lemon juice added - 1 tablespoon juice per 1 cup milk)
