Instructions: Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter until fluffy. Beat in the honey, eggs, vanilla and orange juice. Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture alternately with the orange juice. Stir in the coconut and shredded carrots. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13 in. baking pan. Bake at 325F for about 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
