Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
3 x Carrots, shredded (about 1 1/2 Cups)
1 x Granny smith apple, chopped (about 3/4 Cup)
1/2 cup Chopped pineapple, (fresh or canned, drained of juice)
1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/3 cup Salad dressing
Instructions:
Instructions: In mixing bowl, combine carrots, apple, pineapple and cheese.

Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add salad dressing. Stir to coat. Cover and chill until ready to eat. (Add milk if dressing becomes too thick). Before serving, sprinkle on toasted almonds.

Approximately 5 minutes.
