Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1/2 cup	Margarine, melted
1/2 cup	Brown sugar
1 tsp	Salt
1 tbl	Lemon juice
1/2 tsp	Vanilla
2 x	Egg yolks, beaten
1/2 cup	Sifted flour
2 cup	Cooked carrots--mashed
	Or 2 lb.can drained and
	Mashed
1/2 tsp	Baking powder
1/2 tsp	Baking soda

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients, folding the egg whites in last. Pour into a 1 1/2 or 2 quart greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
