1 pkt Uncle Bens Fast Cooking Rice Pilaf
2 qt Water
2 cup Carrots, shredded
2 cup Celery, sliced
1 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Onions, finely chopped
2 cup Mayonnaise
2 cup Sour cream
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet and water in cooking pan.

2. Bring to a vigorous boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until water is absorbed, about 5 minutes.

3. Cover and quickly cool in shallow pan.

4. Add carrots, celery, raisins and onions.

5. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice. Stir into the rice
mixture.
