Amount Ingredient
2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup salad oil
2 x 7 1/2 oz. jar Junior Carrots (baby food)
4 lrg eggs
Nuts, as desired
----------------- Frosting: ----------------
6 oz cream cheese
1 stk soft butter (1/2 cup)
2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Sift dry ingredients, add oil, carrots and eggs. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 12x18 cookie sheet with sides.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Frosting:
Beat all until smooth & fluffy. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle nuts over frosting.
