Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
5 gm Butter
1 kg Carrots
2 lrg Onions Chopped
100 ml Sesame Oil
1/2 lt Vegetable Stock
Salt And Pepper
150 ml Yogurt
Coriander Leaves For Topping
2 pkt Ginger
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Melt butter, add onions and carrots, cook 5 mins

2. add coriander and seeds, ginger and mace, fry 1 min.

3. add stock and seasoning, simmer for 30-40 mins, whizz soilds in liquidizer

4. reheat slowly and add cream

NOTES : Use a swirl of yoghurt and no cream Use sesame oil to cook in
Use curry powder for taste
add stem ginger or tbs sugar if necessary serve with dill and chpped chives or croutons etc
