1/2 cup shredded fresh zucchini
1/2 cup shredded fresh carrot
2 cup Eagle Mills Harvest Wheat bread mix
Instructions:
Instructions: Place ingredients in above order in bread pan and press start.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Yield: 1 loaf
