Instructions: Mix all ingredients. Add up to 2T more breadcrumbs as needed to hold the mixture together. Drop by spoonfuls into a hot nonstick skillet. Use a spatula to press down on the batter to form flat pancakes, and cook about 1-1/2 minutes on each side.
