Instructions: In frying pan, steam/slightly cook carrots, and slivers of ginger in 1/4 C
water. After about 8 min pour off most of remaining water and add white wine and apple chunks (dip in lemon juice to retain color). Cook about 10 min more or less - they should still be crunchy not soft. Sprinkle with sugar, mix well and cook another 2 - 3 min. Should still be crunchy. This is very good! Email this Recipe:
